My NCLEX experience!

Yep!
This afternoon, I sat for the boards...aka the NCLEX. It was pretty nerve-wracking, but an interesting experience. I honestly did not know what to expect! I arrived about 45 minutes prior to my start time, and I just sort of stood there for a while because I didn't know if I could go in or not. Then I saw two of my classmates!!!! So I walked in and got registered, which involved getting donating a pint of blood, giving my first unborn child, and signing my life away! Hahaha...just kidding. It was a very long process though. I was then escorted by a person into the room, logged on and I begun.

I got to question 75 and was like...maybe this will be my last question. So I clicked submit....and the test kept going. I was like CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP and kept going! At the 2 hour mark, my screen shut off. I was like YES I'M DONE!!! Then, a message came up on the screen "You may now take an optional break." Again...CRAAAAAP!!! So I took my quick break and got back to getting. About another 20 minutes later and the screen shut off. I was really done that time! I took an exit survey on the computer, raised my hand and walked out of the room. That was it! I left the testing center, walked outside and felt sort of strange. It was a combination of semi light-headedness, relief and hunger. Then I went to Bath and Body Works with my sister and we ate dinner at Fazoli's! :)

I should know sometime this week when I passed...maybe as early as tomorrow morning!!! Fingers crossed; I think it went well!
